Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Palmyra

Mariners are advised of an underwater inspection occurring on the Erie Canal on the following schedule:
- Wednesday, May 31st – Erie Canal Lock E-29 in Palmyra – Lock and Gate Areas
The inspection areas will be marked by commercial diver’s flags while divers are in the water. Boaters should reduce speed and proceed at a "No Wake" speed when transiting these areas.
