Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Mohawk River/Schenectady
October 4, 2019
Mariners are advised that the Burnt Hill Rowing Association will be conducting a regatta on Sunday, October 6th. The event will start east of Railroad Bridge (E-10) and finish on the west side of Isle of the Cayugas, at Jumping Jacks Drive In. Approximately 240 rowing shells will be participating in the event.
Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No Wake" speed when approaching event participants.
