Mariners are advised that the water level of Lake Ontario is over four (4) feet above chart datum, leaving trancient boaters fewer options for dockage. Mariners are advised to check with their destination marina on Lake Ontario or the St. Lawrence River to ensure that dockage is still available. The 48-hour limit for mooring on the canal wall above Oswego Lock O-8 is waived for those mariners who need more time to make other docking arrangements.
