Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Fulton/Minetto/Oswego

Mariners are advised of a kayak, canoe, SUP large group (up to 600 participant) rowing event occurring on the Oswego Canal downstream (north) of Lock O3 Fulton to Oswego on Saturday, August 18th from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed when transiting past this event and under no circumstances shall any vessel exceed 5 MPH.
