Notice to Mariners

Erie Canal/Oneida Lake – Cleveland (NY)

June 15, 2017

 

Mariners are advised of a report that white pin danger buoys marking a subsurface hazard near the Cleveland Terminal Wall are off station. This is two (2) miles north of the main navigational channel through the middle of Oneida Lake.  New York State Office of Parks Recreation and Historic Preservation, who maintains these navigational aids, has been notified and will be repositioning these aids shortly.
