Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

Mariners are advised that Lock CS-4 Waterloo will be closed for maintenance at 7:30 am on Thursday, August 4th. It is anticipated that the lock will reopen at 10:00 am on the same day. Plan morning itineraries accordingly.
