Notice to Mariners

Oswego Canal – Oswego

July 22, 2016

 

Mariners are advised that operating hours for locks O5 Minetto, O6 High Dam, O7 Oswego, and O8 Oswego will be extended to 10 PM Thursday, July 28th through Sunday July 31st to accommodate additional traffic generated by Oswego Harborfest.  Additionally, Lock O8 Oswego will be kept open until midnight on Saturday, July 30th to accommodate Canal Corporation vessels and any recreational mariners wishing to overnight between Locks O8 & O7 after the fireworks display.
