Notice to Mariners
Champlain Canal – Town of Fort Ann

Mariners are advised that a diving team will be assisting with marine operations on the Champlain Canal just north of the Village of Fort Ann all day Wednesday, May 25th. The dive team will move out of the way for passing vessels, but this might involve delays of up to one hour. For northbound vessels the phone number of Lock C9 is (518) 747-6021. For southbound vessels the phone number of Lock C11 is (518) 639-8964. Mariners should call 30 minutes prior to arriving at these locks to coordinate passage.
