Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Macedon
October 28, 2015
Mariners are advised that Erie Canal immediately upstream of, and including, Lock E-30 (Macedon) will be closed to all vessel traffic on Thursday, October 29th due to marine operations blocking the channel at the upper approach. Though this section of the Canal may reopen to vessel traffic during the day, mariners should expect significant delays in this location and should plan accordingly.
