Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Phoenix
May 23, 2023
Mariners are advised that the Culvert St. (bascule) Lift Bridge (O-4) over the Oswego Canal, north of Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix is inoperable in the down position and therefore is limiting vessel passage to vessels with a maximum overhead clearance of ten feet. Maintenance staff has been notified.
