Notice to Mariners
Champlain Canal – Plattsburg Terminal

Mariners are advised that the Plattsburg Terminal (Wilcox Dock) in the City of Plattsburg, is closed to recreational vessel mooring until the end of 2024, due to commercial activities. The DEC Boat Launch and Canoe Launch will remain open for public use, as indicated on the supplied map.
