Mariners are advised of a report that Oneida Lake lighted buoy R "106" Fl R 4s has been reported as off station. Boaters should use extreme caution and avoid this area as a dangerous rock jetty is located east of the original location of the buoy. Crews have been notified. Updates will follow.
