Notice to Mariners
Champlain Canal - Mechanicville
July 19, 2021
Mariners are advised that high water levels along Hudson River sections of the Champlain Canal have reduced the vertical clearance of Railroad Bridge C-5 over the Champlain Canal between Locks C-3 in Mechanicville and C-4 in Stillwater to 16.50’, which is below the governing 17’ for this section of canal.
