Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Palmyra to Macedon
July 15, 2021
Mariners are advised that Erie Lock E-29 in Palmyra to Lock E-30 in Macedon that was closed in a previous Notice to Mariners has reopened to navigation.
Boaters are also reminded that the navigation pool between Erie Canal Lock E-29 and Lock E-30 continues to operate at a reduced depth. Vessels requiring less than five feet of draft can navigate this stretch of the Erie Canal until further notice.
