Notice to Mariners
Oswego Canal – Phoenix
June 28, 2021
Mariners are advised that Oswego Canal Lock O-1 in Phoenix will temporarily close at 8:00 am on Wednesday, June 30th for maintenance on the Culvert Street Bridge (O-4) over the Oswego Canal, performed by the New York State Department of Transportation. This bridge is located just north of the lock. It is anticipated the lock will reopen for navigation at Noon.
Boaters should plan their itineraries accordingly.
