Notice to Mariners
Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo
September 10, 2020
Mariners are advised that the Gorham St. Bridge (S-10) over the Cayuga-Seneca Canal has been reported to have a steel object extending approximately 18 inches beneath the bridge on the north side of the navigation channel. The bridge is located east of Cayuga-Seneca Canal Lock CS-4 in Waterloo.
Boaters should proceed with caution when transiting this area and use the south side of the navigation channel to avoid the hazard.
