NOTICE TO MARINERS
LOCK OPERATING SCHEDULE – OSWEGO CANAL
June 24, 2020
The New York State Canal Corporation announced today that portions of the New York State Canal system are scheduled to open on Friday, June 26, 2020 at 7:00 a.m. for the 2020 navigation season.
Construction and maintenance activities continue at several locks across the system. The projected opening date for those locations is noted below in bold font.

Oswego O-1 Phoenix June 26 7 am – 10 pm
September 17 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-2 Fulton June 26 7 am – 10 pm
September 17 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-3 Fulton June 26 7 am – 10 pm
September 17 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-5 Minetto June 26 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-6 Oswego August 10 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-7 Oswego August 10 7 am – 5 pm
Oswego O-8 Oswego June 26 7 am – 5 pm
August 10 7 am – 10 pm
September 17 7 am – 5 pm
The Canal system is scheduled to close to navigation on October 14, 2020.
