Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Spencerport
May 18, 2020
Mariners are advised the Spencerport Lift Bridge E-174 over the Erie Canal in the village of Spencerport, Monroe County that bridge repair activities are occurring through end of the season. The normal overhead clearance and width clearance will not be affected.
Mariners should reduce speed, stop all forward motion, and proceed at a “No Wake” speed when traversing this area.
