Notice to Mariners
Canal Opening Update
May 22, 2019
Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Lock E-25 in May’s Point to Lock E-27 in Lyons will open at 7:00 am tomorrow, May 23. This opening will allow boaters passage from Lock E-25 to the western border of the Canal.
No vessels will be allowed to travel east of Lock E-25.
For a list of available marinas and public docking facilities please visit the following link. Mariners are advised to contact marinas in advance to ensure available space.
