Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Towns of Colonie & Halfmoon
June 5, 2018
Mariners are advised of firefighting training with military helicopters on the Mohawk River/Erie Canal between State Route 9 (Bridge E-6) and I-87 Northway (Bridge E-7A) on Wednesday, June 6th 2-4pm. National Guard helicopters will be practicing using water buckets to scoop water from the river.
