Cayuga-Seneca Canal

Mariners are advised that the hours of Cayuga-Seneca Canal Locks CS-1, CS-2/3, and CS-4 have been extended until 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 5th and Friday, October 6th to accommodate boater patrons of Locktoberfest.
