Mariners are advised that Oswego Canal Locks O-5 Minetto through O-8 Oswego will stay open later this weekend for Harborfest per the following schedule:

• Friday, July 28^th – 10 PM

• Saturday, July 29^th – midnight (fireworks night)

• Sunday, July 30^th – 10 PM
