Mariners are advised that Erie Canal Locks E-26, E-27, E-28A, E-28B and E-29 will reopen at 1:00 pm today. Locks E-24, E-25, and CS-1 remain closed for the time being, as high flows pass through the Seneca River. Updates will follow.
