Notice to Mariners
Cayuga Seneca Canal, Central Erie Canal, Oswego Canal

Mariners are advised of high water, swift current, debris, and possible off-station buoys in the Oswego River Watershed portions of the New York State Canal System, which includes Seneca Lake, Cayuga Lake, Cayuga-Seneca Canal, Central Erie Canal/Seneca River, and Oswego Canal.
Mariners are to be mindful of their wakes, the potential for shoreline damage at higher water levels, and that they are legally responsible for any damage associated with their wakes.
