Erie Canal Locks E-23 Brewerton and E-24 Baldwinsville have extended hours this weekend to accommodate concert patrons as per the following June 22 Notice to Mariners - http://www.canals.ny.gov/wwwapps/tas/notices/ntm.aspx?id=880
