Cayuga-Seneca Canal – Waterloo

Mariners are advised that Lock CS-4 Waterloo will be closed for maintenance at 8:00 am tomorrow, September 20th. It is anticipated that the lock will reopen at 9:30 am. Plan itineraries accordingly.
