Erie Canal – Lock E-21, New London

Mariners are advised that there are divers in the water near the end of the southeast approach wall of Lock E-21 New London (near marker G “661”) removing a navigation obstruction from the canal.  Mariners are to pass on the north side of this operation at idle speed, proceeding with extreme caution.
