Erie Canal – Indian Castle Guard Gate #3

Mariners are advised that the vessels drafting more than 7 feet between Erie Canal Lock E-16 in St. Johnsville and Lock E-17 in Little Falls may not be able to pass due to shoaling at Gate #3 in Indian Castle.
