Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal - Waterford Flight
July 30, 2020
Mariners are advised that the Waterford Flight, Locks E-2 through E-6, will experience intermittent closures tomorrow, Friday, July 31st for maintenance work that is scheduled for Guard Gate #1 and Guard Gate #2, in the Waterford Flight.
Boaters may experience temporary delays up to 2-3 hours, but they will have an opportunity to proceed between each temporary closure and at the conclusion of the work.
Plan itineraries accordingly.
