Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Spencerport Canaligator Race
July 26, 2019
Mariners are advised that Spencerport Canal Days, in the Village of Spencerport, will hold a Canaligator race on Sunday, July 29th, at 4:15 pm. The event will start at the Spencerport Lift Bridge E-174 Union Street over the Erie Canal and will last approximately 30 minutes. The finish line will be marked by a rowboat in the channel.
Boaters may be delayed for a short period of time, during the race. Plan itineraries accordingly.
