Notice to Mariners
Erie Canal – Frankfort

Mariners are advised that a channel encroachment due to dredging operations exists at Sterling Creek, at buoy R532, just west of Lock E-19 Frankfort. Buoys have been added to this site to delineate the dredging area. When transiting this area use caution and proceed at a "No-Wake" speed.
