Notice to Mariners

Mariners are advised that they may experience slight delays south of Lock C/S-1 in Cayuga due to dredging activities in the navigation channel starting on Monday, September 19, 2011 and ending on Friday, September 23, 2011. Boaters should be alert for work vessels in the navigation channel and be prepared to stop while equipment is being repositioned.
In addition, please be mindful of your wakes and when approaching work areas, stop all forward motion and proceed at a “No-Wake” speed.
