Erie-Cayuga/Seneca and Oswego Canals - Update
September 8, 2011
Mariners are advised that the Erie Canal between Lock E-2 in Waterford to Lock E-22 in New London and Lock E-24 in Baldwinsville to Lock E-25 in Mays Point, the Cayuga/Seneca Canal from Lock C/S-1 at Mud Lock through the confluence of the Erie Canal, and the Oswego Canal between Lock O-1 in Phoenix to Lock O-8 in Oswego are closed due to high water levels and flows from heavy rainfall, until further notice.
