Notice to Mariners

Champlain Canal

Mariners are advised that the entire Champlain Canal will reopen for navigation tomorrow, September 5, 2011, at 10:00 AM.
At Lock C-3 (Mechanicville) all northbound vessel traffic must moor on the port side of the lock due to a mechanical problem.
The Waterford Visitor Center and the Federal Lock in Troy remain closed.
