Mariners are advised that emergency management operations in the vicinity of Lock E-24 have concluded, and that the pool level between Lock E-24 and E-25 (Mays Point), including Cross Lake, and the Cayuga/Seneca Canal will gradually begin to recover. Water levels in this area are expected to return to normal within the next 24 hours.
