Erie Canal – Crescent

July 19, 2011

Mariners are advised Normandeau Associates under contract with the New York Power Authority will be monitoring the juvenile blue back herring passage at Crescent Hydroelectric Project between buoy G7 and buoy G7C beginning in August through October 2011. Hazard and no-anchorage buoys are in place to mark the area.

Mariners are advised to use caution through this area.
