Mariners are advised, effective immediately Lock O-7 (Oswego) will be operated for recreational vessels on a restricted basis as indicated below. Passage of commercial vessels will be scheduled on a case-by-case basis. Commercial vessels should contact 518-471-5016 during normal business hours to discuss scheduling. These restrictions will remain in effect until further notice.
