Notice to Mariners

Champlain Canal - Triathlon

Mariners are advised that the swim leg of the Hudson Crossing Triathlon will take place in the Champlain Canal, north of Lock C-5 in Northumberland on Sunday, June 12, 2011. Due to this activity Lock C-5 and the portion of the Champlain Canal between Lock C-5 and the Northumberland Dam will be closed to vessel traffic from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM.
