Mariners are advised construction activities will begin Monday, June 6, 2011 at the West Guard Lock (Rochester) in Monroe County. Work is scheduled to be complete on Thursday, June 30, 2011. Mariners are advised they may experience intermittent delays of up to 15 minutes while these construction activities take place. Mariners are advised to use caution when transiting this area.
