Mariners are advised, that the New York State Canal Corporation has been informed by Rochester Gas & Electric (RG&E) that their boat barriers/restraints at the Court Street Dam in the Rochester Harbor on the Erie Canal have not been installed. The boat barriers/restraints will be installed when conditions allow for safe installation. Boaters should use caution when approaching this area.
